Amy Davidson

Leveraging her corporate career as a Human Resources executive, she specializes in coaching leaders as they integrate into new roles of greater responsibility and in new organizations, charting a course based on clarifying expectations and cultivating key relationships.

Amy understands what it takes for leaders and managers to perform at their best. She empowers her coaching clients to transform their heightened self-awareness into an authentic vision, actionable plans and clear outcomes, in ways that advance their personal fulfillment and their organization’s goals.

Amy also coaches clients who are in career transition. Coaching focuses on identifying core strengths and key priorities, creating personal brand messaging, and positioning clients for success in a new organizational culture and context.
